The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what personal data the Company processes, for what purposes, to whom it is disclosed, what your rights are with regard to the processing of your personal data, and how you may exercise those rights.

By staying at our guest house, using the products and services we offer, or visiting our website, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data (as defined below) in accordance with the applicable terms.

  1. In connection with the services provided, Oak Pearl Guest House processes information relating to the following Data Subjects:
  • (a) natural persons visiting the website http://www.oakpearl.eu (the “Website”);
  • (b) natural persons making reservations on their own behalf or on behalf of another natural or legal person via the Website;
  • (c) natural persons using the services provided by Oak Pearl Guest House, including but not limited to accommodation services and related services, provision of premises for events and similar activities, as well as natural persons representing or otherwise acting on behalf of legal entities using such services;
  • (d) natural persons who submit inquiries (including but not limited to by email, fax, telephone, etc.), requests, signals, complaints, or other correspondence to Oak Pearl Guest House on their own behalf or on behalf of another person they represent;
  • (e) natural persons whose information is contained in inquiries, requests, signals, complaints, or other correspondence addressed to Oak Pearl Guest House.
  1. The services of Oak Pearl Guest House may only be requested by persons who have reached the age of 18.

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

  • (c) Accommodation-related information: room number; floor; stay dates (arrival and departure dates); length of stay (number of nights); use of a tourist package.

2. Financial and billing data:

Information related to payments and invoicing, including payment method (cash, bank transfer, credit card, etc.); information on amounts due and paid; payment deadlines and overdue/unpaid obligations; banking information (bank, IBAN, account holder); currency of payment; credit/debit card number, validity and cardholder name; CVC code; data contained in payment authorization forms; name of legal entity; address of legal entity; VAT number and/or other identification, tax or registration number (including personal identification number for individuals); signed authorization forms.

3. Digital data – video recordings:

These are data collected through video surveillance systems used by Oak Pearl Guest House in all publicly accessible areas of the guest house (yard, barbecue area, spa area, corridors, staircases, entrances) for the purposes of security, monitoring, control, and protection of public order.

4. In connection with the Website services and functionalities:

  • (a) Data processed in connection with making accommodation reservations: names; email address; telephone number; country; credit/debit card number, validity and cardholder name; CVC code.
  • (b) Cookies

5. Complaints, requests, and correspondence:

Unstructured information contained in complaints, applications, requests, petitions, and signals submitted by clients, including free-text content.
